The information on this website relating to funds managed by Pre-X Capital Management is directed at United Kingdom residents only, who have self certified themselves as High Net Worth/Sophisticated Investors and therefore we will classify as Intermediate Customers. Shares in Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) shares referred to on this website will not be offered to non-residents. EIS investments often invest in unquoted companies which are small and which carry an above-average level of risk and whose shares may not be readily marketable.

The tax reliefs available to certain investors in EISs are dependent on the EIS maintaining Inland Revenue approval. If this approval is withdrawn, an EIS registered company will lose its status and all tax reliefs are likely to be cancelled. Investors must retain their EIS shares for three years to retain the up-front income tax relief. The tax rules and regulations governing EIS investments are subject to change. Prospective investors in the EIS fund managed by Pre-X Capital Management Limited should ensure that they read the risk warnings set out in the relevant Brochure.
